- Remove заглушку, turn out the screw and remove an edging of the internal lever of unlocking of the lock of a forward door by means of a screw-driver.
- Wring out clamps and remove the control panel стеклоподъёмниками and locks of doors.
- Take from a covering of a door the fixture and separate its electroconducting.

- Turn out screws and remove clamps.
|
- Insert a screw-driver between a door and its furnish and wring out the furnish panel.
- Remove the panel of furnish of a door together with consolidation. Replace its clamps and remove consolidation.
- Turn out the screw of fastening of the lever of unlocking of the lock, disconnect from the lever two cables and remove the lever.

- Separate a socket, turn out 3 bolts and remove динамик.

- Remove a clamp, and disconnect from a door a frame overlay.
- Separate a rear-view mirror socket, turn out 3 bolts and remove a mirror.
- Lower glass so that in a service aperture bolts of its fastening were visible. Turn out bolts and take out glass from a door.
- Remove directing glasses.
- Separate a socket, turn out 6 bolts and remove стеклоподъёмник through a service aperture.

Necessarily separate a socket to exclude operation possibility стеклоподъёмника and trauma receptions. |
- Turn out the screw and remove the bottom section of a frame.
- Disconnect from the external handle and the cylinder of the lock two draughts. Turn out 4 screws, separate two sockets and remove the lock through a service aperture. Turn out 2 screws and remove a cover from the lock.
- Remove заглушку, turn out two bolts and remove the external handle of a door with the lock cylinder.
- Turn out a bolt and remove the cylinder of the lock from the door handle.
- Remove consolidation and basic pillows.
- Give fixture of loops and the terminator of a door and remove a door.
- At installation of the door especially new, it is necessary to adjust its position.

At use of centering bolts for fastening of loops of a door to adjust its position it will not be possible. For adjustment replace aligning bolt with a usual bolt with a washer. |
- For door adjustment in directions forward/back and upwards/downwards give bolts of fastening of loops to a body, expose a door in demanded position and tighten bolts with effort of 23 Nanometers.
- For door adjustment in directions upwards/downwards and inside/outside give bolts of fastening of loops to a door, expose a door in demanded position and tighten bolts with effort of 27 Nanometers.
- If necessary adjust position of the drummer of the lock, moving it (tapping with a hammer) at the released fixture outside/inside and upwards/downwards. Preliminary remove a cover of the drummer. Upon termination of adjustment tighten bolts of fastening of the drummer with effort of 23 Nanometers and establish a cover of the drummer.

Replacement of an external rear-view mirror
|
|
|
|
- Wind a mirror with rags and pull for its bottom edges, liberating a mirror from clamps.
|
- Remove a mirror, having separated its socket.
- At installation join a socket, establish a mirror in the top clamps and fix it in the bottom clamps.
|
|
Installation
|
|
- Installation is made upside-down.
- Tighten fixture with demanded efforts, use new clamps.
- The description of installation of an overlay of a frame is more low resulted:
- Heat up the adjusting panel of a door to temperature 40 ÷ 60 hailstones.;
- Remove from a door a sticky strip and clear a door of its rests;

At an overlay reuse heat up it to temperature 20 ÷ 30 hailstones., clear it of traces of a sticky strip and put a new strip in width of 5 mm;
|
- Brush put on an adjusting surface of a door a first coat (Primer M) and allow it to dry up within 3 minutes;
- Again heat up a door to temperature 40 ÷ 60 hailstones., and an overlay of a frame to 20 ÷ 30 hailstones.;
- Remove a protective film from a sticky strip of an overlay and press an overlay to a door;
- Establish an angular clamp of an overlay.
