 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Insert a screw-driver between a door of a back the top panel of furnish of glass and wring out the panel from clamps on its perimetre.
  2. Separate a socket and remove from the top panel of furnish has flown down a top level stoplight.
  3. Inserting a screw-driver between a door of a back and elements of furnish of a door, wring out consistently from clamps the top panel, both lateral and the bottom panel.
  4. Turn out a nut and remove the screen wiper lever.
  5. Turn out a nut and remove a washer of the e/motor of a screen wiper from door lateral aspect.
  6. Separate a socket, turn out three bolts and remove the screen wiper e/motor.
  7. Separate sockets, turn out on 4 bolts and remove the back combined lanterns with consolidations.
  8. Disconnect from the cylinder of the lock a socket, turn out two bolts and remove the cylinder.
  9. Turn out two bolts, remove the mechanism of management of the lock and disconnect from it a cable.
  10. Disconnect from the lock draught, give two nuts and remove the lock activator. Separate a socket.
  11. Separate a socket, turn out 4 bolts and remove the lock.
  12. Turn out two screws and remove рассеиватели licence plate illumination.
  13. Turn out two nuts and remove the external handle.
  14. Turn out a nut and wring out a screw-driver an external overlay of a door of a back from clamps.
  15. Remove the handle for door lifting.
  16. Give fixture of loops to a door and remove a door.
  17. At installation of the door especially new, it is necessary to adjust its position.
  18. For door adjustment in directions to the left/to the right and upwards/downwards give bolts of fastening of loops to a door, expose a door in demanded position and tighten bolts with effort of 8 Nanometers.
  19. For door adjustment in directions upwards/downwards and inside/outside give bolts of fastening of loops to a body, expose a door in demanded position and tighten bolts with effort of 12 Nanometers. For a reversing of bolts at first:
    • Remove a lens of the fixture of a luggage space;
    • Turn out four bolts, separate a socket and remove the fixture;
    • Wring out a screw-driver back section of furnish of a roof from clamps and remove it.
  20. If necessary adjust position of the drummer of the lock, moving it (tapping with a hammer) at the released fixture outside/inside and upwards/downwards. Preliminary remove the bottom panel of furnish of a doorway of a back. Upon termination of adjustment tighten bolts of fastening of the drummer with effort of 23 Nanometers and establish the panel.
  21. In summary adjust position of a lateral stopper.
  22. Installation is made upside-down. Tighten fixture with demanded efforts, use new clamps.
  23. In conclusion of installation adjust positions of the lever of a screen wiper (the Section condition Check, adjustment and replacement of brushes of screen wipers see).
  1. After installation check up, that the top point of hit of a stream of a washing liquid on glass was in the shaded area, and the bottom point – in a screen wiper scope.
