On сопр. Illustrations the type of fixture of the listed components also is specified: letters with A on F designate bolts and screws, by letters G and H – nuts, instead of the components designated by letters fasten clamps.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Consistently remove components 30, 34, 37, 26, 33, 6 and 32 panels of devices, having liberated them from clamps.
  1. Separate a socket of a pillow of safety, trying not to damage electroconducting.
  1. Remove the bottom panel №2, having turned out 2 bolts and 2 screws.
  1. At a corresponding complete set turn out 4 nuts, separate a socket and remove CD-changer.
  1. Turn out 2 bolts and 2 nuts and remove assemblage of a pillow of safety.

After removal lay assemblage of a pillow of safety by a face sheet upwards. Do not assort assemblage of a pillow of safety. At installation tighten fixture with demanded efforts, assemblage of a pillow of safety with visible damages replace, do not suppose short circuit of electroconducting of a pillow of safety.

  1. Remove a steering wheel with an overlay, and also casings of a steering column (see Has undressed Removal, installation, dismantling and assemblage of a steering column).
  2. Consistently remove components 17, 20, 22 and 21 panels of devices, having liberated them from clamps and having turned out in last two cases on 2 bolts.
  3. Remove a steering column (see Has undressed Removal, installation, dismantling and assemblage of a steering column).
  4. Consistently remove components 16, 12 and 18 panels of devices, having liberated them from clamps and having turned out in the latter case 6 screws.
  1. Turn out 4 bolts and remove the panel of furnish of the central console.
  1. Separate sockets, turn out on 4 bolts and remove assemblages of the multipurpose display and an audiosystem.
  1. Turn out 2 screws and remove furnish of a combination of devices.
  1. Separate a socket, turn out 3 screws and remove a combination of devices.
  2. Turn out two bolts and remove the bottom holders (23 and 24).
  3. Separate a socket, disconnect draught, give 4 nuts and remove assemblage of the lever of selector AT.
  4. Remove air lines.
  1. Separate sockets, turn out 2 bolts and 2 nuts and remove an overlay of the panel of devices.
  1. Give fixture and remove arms №1 and №2 (4 and 5).
  2. Turn out on 2 nuts and remove modules of management of a body and ABS.
  3. Remove a returnable spring, turn out a bolt, 2 nuts and remove the block of the relay and safety locks under the panel of devices.
  1. Turn out 4 bolts and 4 nuts and remove an intensifying bar.
  1. Consistently remove components №№ 11, 12, 18, 5, 1, 2, 7, 14, 8, 13, 9, 19, 4, and 10.
  1. Turn out 5 screws, wring out clamps and remove electroconducting.
  1. Turn out 2 screws and remove an arm №1.
  2. Remove the gauge of the sun and the gauge of automatic control of illumination.
  3. Installation is made upside-down. Tighten fixture with demanded efforts, replace the deformed clamps.
