Anticreeping system

Functioning principle

On all considered models the anticreeping system serially is established.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. For activation of anticreeping system turn the ignition key in position «OFF» and take out it. Will join иммобилизатор the engine, in acknowledgement to that the indicator of a condition of anticreeping system in the left bottom part of the panel of devices (№19 on an illustration the Scheme of an arrangement of elements of management on the panel of devices) will start to blink. Then close all doors and a cowl and lock doors by means of a key or ДУ (the Door Section see). The indicator will cease to blink and will burn continuously within 30 seconds then again will start to blink, confirming activation of anticreeping system.
  2. If doors (including a back door) or a cowl are violently opened (without use of a key or ДУ), and also if the wire is disconnected from the storage battery, the activated anticreeping system will include about a minute a horn (in a siren mode) and external lighting devices in a blinking mode. If after unlocking of one of doors not to insert a key into the lock of ignition during alarm system work, the door lock will automatically be locked.
  3. For alarm system deenergizing unlock the lock of a door by means of a key or ДУ, or include ignition.
  4. For deactivation of anticreeping system unlock any of doors by means of a key or ДУ.

Check

The detachment of wires from the storage battery can lead to deleting of the information which are in memory of the onboard computer.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Open all windows and activate anticreeping system. Wait indicator inclusions in a blinking mode.
  2. Now at unlocking of the lock of one of doors from within, and also at cowl opening the alarm system should join.
  3. At negative results of check address to the representative of company Lexus for malfunction elimination.

Иммобилизатор the engine

Иммобилизатор the engine it is intended for prevention of start of the engine by the key mismatching the given car. At key installation in the ignition lock транспондер, located in a key head, transfers to anticreeping system an electronic code. At discrepancy of the transferred code with a code stored in memory of anticreeping system, the engine to start it will not be possible. Confirming to coincidence of codes the indicator of a condition of anticreeping system on the panel of devices should go out.
