Check of shock-absorbers

- Park the car on an equal platform, switch off the engine and cock a lay brake. Check up pressure in tyres.
- Press a hand one of corners of the car and release a hand. Pay attention to body movement. It should cease to shake and come back in a starting position after one or two fluctuations.
- If the car continues to be shaken or has not come back in a starting position the possible reason of it is the worn out shock-absorber.
- Repeat the procedure described above for each of three remained corners of the car.
- Поддомкратьте the car and reliably establish it on props.
- Examine shock-absorbers on presence of signs of leak of a liquid. The easy film of a liquid is not the reason for anxiety. In case of leak detection make sure, that the liquid follows from the shock-absorber, instead of whence still. If it nevertheless leak from the shock-absorber, replace shock-absorbers in steam on one bridge (or all four).
- Check up reliability of installation and integrity of shock-absorbers. Check up the top support of racks on presence of damages and deterioration signs. In case of detection of those replace racks.

- Examine components of system of a steering on presence of damages and deformations. Pay attention to signs of leak of the liquid, the damaged linings, protective covers and штуцерные of connection.
- Clear the bottom end of a rotary fist of a dirt. Ask to grasp the assistant a bottom edge of a wheel and to shake it, and at this time observe of movement of the spherical support connecting a rotary fist with the lever of a suspension bracket. - Establish a steering wheel in position of rectilinear movement.
- Move a steering wheel here and there, observing thus behind forward wheels. The steering wheel can have maximum люфт 30 mm.
- At большем люфте a steering wheel check up draughts of a steering, the steering mechanism and люфт bearings of a forward suspension bracket.
- Strongly move steering draughts a hand. Spherical hinges should not have люфта, otherwise replace hinges or steering draughts.
