Check and adjustment of a course of pedals of a working and lay brake Check

- Measure distance from the released pedal of a brake to a floor.
|
- If the measured size mismatches requirements of Specifications of the Head of Adjustment and car routine maintenance, adjust height of lifting of a pedal of a brake.
- Muffle the engine and some times squeeze out a pedal of a working brake that in the vacuum amplifier does not remain depression.
- Press a pedal of a working brake a hand till the moment of sensation of resistance and measure a course of a pedal from this position before the released position.
- If the received size mismatches requirements of Specifications of the Head of Adjustment and car routine maintenance, check up backlash Д/В of stoplights. If this backlash satisfactory, the reason is covered in brake system.
- Release a pedal of a working brake and at the started engine squeeze out it with effort 490 N.Izmerte distance from a pedal to a floor.
- If the measured size mismatches requirements of Specifications of the Head of Adjustment and car routine maintenance, check up a condition of brake system.
- Slowly squeeze out a pedal of a drive of a lay brake against the stop with effort 249 Н and count quantity of clicks.
- If the quantity of clicks does not lay in the range from 5 to 7, adjust a pedal of a drive of a lay brake.

Adjustment of height of lifting of a pedal of a brake
|
|
- Remove the bottom left section of the panel of devices (the Body see the Head).
- Separate socket Д/В of stoplights, give its counternut and remove the gauge. Give a counternut of a press rod.
- Adjust height of lifting of a pedal of a brake, turning press a pedal rod then tighten its counternut with effort of 26 Nanometers.
- Establish Д/В stoplights and connect a socket of its electroconducting.
- Squeeze out a pedal of a working brake on 5÷10 mm and turn Д/В stoplights to block its nut in position of deenergizing of stoplights.
- Squeeze out a pedal of a working brake on 5÷10 mm and make sure of inclusion of stoplights.
- After adjustment check up a free course of a pedal of a working brake and establish the bottom left section of the panel of devices.

Adjustment of a pedal of a drive of a lay brake
|
|
Before adjustment of a lay brake make sure that the backlash of a boot of a lay brake is adjusted (see the Head the Brake system). The regulator of a lay brake is located under the bottom, on the left side. |

- Make sure of that the pedal of a drive of a lay brake is released.
|
|

Fix a screw coupler and give a counternut (A).
|
- Turning a screw coupler, adjust a pedal of a drive of a lay brake.
- Tighten a counternut (A) with effort of 5 Nanometers.
- Some times cock a lay brake and again check up a pedal course.
- If it is not possible to make adjustment by means of a nut (A), use a nut (B).
- Make sure of that the lay brake is not taken and К/Л a lay brake works regularly.
