Replacement of impellent oil and the oil filter
|

Long contact of a skin to the fulfilled impellent oil is dangerous enough. Use a protective cream or put on rubber gloves during carrying out described below procedures. |

Frequent replacement of impellent oil is the main preventive procedure of service accessible to the mechanic-fan. Eventually oil is subject разжижению and to pollution that conducts to premature deterioration of the engine. |

- Warm up the engine to working temperature of a cooling liquid.

- Turn out a drain stopper and allow to oil to flow down completely.

- Check up a condition of the fulfilled oil. If in it there is at a considerable quantity a metal shaving and deterioration products, it specifies in presence задиров, for example, in bearings of a cranked shaft and шатунных bearings. Replacement of the oil filter
|

- Turn out the oil filter from a flange. For this purpose it is possible to take advantage of the special adaptation or a tape key. It is possible to insert also a sharp screw-driver sideways into the filter, thus oil will start to follow from the filter, therefore in advance substitute capacity for oil gathering under the filter.

- Wipe a surface of the oil filter and its flange on the block of cylinders and remove a sealing lining if it remained on a flange.
- Grease a sealing lining of the new oil filter with pure impellent oil.
- Screw the new oil filter by hand. After the lining will lie down to a flange on the block of cylinders, tighten the filter on three quarters of a turn. Pay attention to the remarks resulted on the case of the filter.

Refuelling of the engine by oil
|
|
At replacement it is necessary to use oil of identical type and, whenever possible, identical mark. For this purpose it is recommended to fix at each replacement of oil by the engine a label with instructions of mark and viscosity of oil. Impellent oils of identical type and identical marks, but different viscosity can fill in during a corresponding season. |
|
|
- Screw a carving stopper of a drain aperture with a new sealing ring and tighten it with effort of 45 Nanometers.
- Remove a cover of a jellied mouth and fill in impellent oil approximately on half-litre less, than it is specified in Specifications (the Section Check of levels of liquids, the control of leaks see).
- Start the engine and allow to it to work idling, having checked up in the meantime presence of leaks of impellent oil.
- Wait for 5 minutes, then check up level of oil and if necessary modify it.
- Make a trial trip on the car and check up a drain stopper and the oil filter on leaks. If necessary, cautiously tighten them. Once again check up oil level, if necessary modify it.
