- Turn out a stopper and remove a spring with редукционным the valve.
- Turn out 10 screws and remove a pump cover then take rotors.
- Grease редукционный the valve with impellent oil and lower its adjusting aperture – the valve should fall to an aperture under the weight. Otherwise replace assemblage of the oil pump.
- Lay rotors in the case of the pump labels upwards and check up a thickness of a backlash between them and the top plane of an adjusting nest of rotors, and also between a conducted rotor and a nest wall. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications of the Head the Engine and if necessary replace assemblage of the oil pump.
- Measure a backlash between rotors and compare it to requirements of Specifications of the Head the Engine. If necessary replace assemblage of rotors.
- If necessary replace an epiploon of a cranked shaft.
- Assemblage of the oil pump is made upside-down. Tighten a stopper with effort of 49 Nanometers.

Installation
|
|
After drawing of hermetic of a detail it is necessary to connect within no more than 3 minutes. Otherwise clean off old and put new hermetic. |
|
|
- Carefully clear of a dirt and the rests прокладочных materials all acting in film components.
|
|

Put on a flange of the oil pump the hermetic platen (№08826-00080 under catalogue Toyota/Lexus) thickness 2 ÷ 3 mm.
|
- Lay a new sealing ring of the oil pump on the block of cylinders, enter into gearing a leading gear wheel of the pump with cranked shaft and pull the oil pump over a cranked shaft. Tighten bolts of fastening of the oil pump with demanded efforts.
- Establish gauge CKP and fix маслоотражательную a plate to the top section of the pallet картера.

Put on the top section of the pallet картера the hermetic platen (№08826-00080 under catalogue Toyota/Lexus) thickness 4 ÷ 5 mm. Tighten bolts of fastening of the top section of the pallet картера with demanded efforts.

- Establish the bottom cover of a cavity приводного a disk and маслозаборник.

Put on the bottom section of the pallet картера the hermetic platen (№08826-00080 under catalogue Toyota/Lexus) thickness 4 ÷ 5 mm. Tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of the bottom section of the pallet картера with demanded effort.
|
- Establish all acting in film components in sequence, return to an order from dismantle. Tighten fixture with demanded efforts.
- Fill impellent oil, start the engine and check up it on oil leaks.
