Removal, check and installation of the water pump
Bolts of fastening of the water pump
The water pump is located under a cover №3 belts of drive ГРМ and fastens to the block of cylinders four bolts and two nuts.

- Empty cooling system (the Section Replacement of a cooling liquid (ОЖ see)).
- Remove обтекатель a windscreen and top распорку an impellent compartment (the Body see the Head).
- Remove a belt of drive ГРМ, its cogwheels and a roller №2 (see Has undressed Removal, check and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ him натяжителя, a pulley and a cogwheel of a cranked shaft, cogwheels of camshafts and intermediate rollers).
- Remove a cover №3 belts of drive ГРМ (see Has undressed Removal, dismantling, check, assemblage and installation of a head of cylinders and its components).
- Turn out fixture of the water pump and remove it together with a lining.
- Examine a control aperture in the pump case on presence of leaks and if necessary replace the water pump.
- Rotating a roller of the water pump a hand, check up smoothness and ease of a course of its bearing. If necessary replace the water pump.
- Having taken advantage of a case, check up components of drive ГРМ (see Has undressed Removal, check and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ him натяжителя, a pulley and a cogwheel of a cranked shaft, cogwheels of camshafts and intermediate rollers).
- Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Use a new lining of the pump, tighten fixture with demanded efforts.
