Removal and installation of fuel distributive highways and injectors

Do not drop injectors and do not subject to their loadings and deformations since thus it is possible to damage injectors.

Assemblage of fuel distributive highways and injectors

1 — the Tube and hoses подмешивания air
2 — the Clamp of connection of a fuel hose
3 — the Fuel distributive highway
4 — an injector Socket

5 — the Lining
6 — the Sealing ring
7 — the Prorate
8 — the Injector


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove an air cleaner sleeve.
  2. Remove assemblage воздухораспределителя (the Section Replacement, dismantling and block K/V assemblage see).
  3. Separate sockets of electroconducting of injectors.
  4. Disconnect a tube подмешивания air from скобы №1 fuel tubes then disconnect hoses подмешивания air from the inlet pipeline.
  5. Disconnect топливоподающую a tube from the fuel filter.
  6. Turn out 5 bolts and remove fuel distributive highways together with injectors and a fuel tube.
  7. Take from a fuel distributive highway of 4 prorates.
  8. Extend injectors from fuel distributive highways.
  9. Remove on two sealing rings and two linings from each injector.
  10. Check up injectors (the Section of Check of system of injection see).
  11. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Use new sealing rings and linings, tighten fixture with demanded efforts.
  12. After installation make sure of absence of leaks of fuel.
