Charge system - the general data and security measures

On considered cars the alternating current generator is used. At installation of an additional electric equipment check up, that capacities of the generator was enough for maintenance of new consumers with the electric power.

The generator drive is carried out клиновидным by a belt from a cranked shaft of the engine.

The generator represents the three-phase synchronous electric car with electromagnetic excitation. For transformation of an alternating current in constant in the generator it is built in диодный the rectifier. Pressure adjustment is carried out by the built in regulator.

At work of the generator the electric current proceeding on a winding of excitation, creates a magnetic stream round rotor poles. At rotor rotation there is a periodic change of its magnetic poles under each tooth статора, as a result, the magnetic stream passing through teeth, continuously changes on size and pressure. This variable magnetic stream creates in a winding статора electromotive power (ЭДС). Клинообразная the form of polar tips of a rotor is picked up in such a manner that allows to receive close to sinusoidal the form of curve ЭДС.

At high frequency of rotation of a rotor when target pressure of the generator starts to exceed 13.6 ÷ 14.6 In, the pressure regulator is locked also a current through an excitation winding does not pass. When pressure decreases, the regulator opens again, providing freedom пропускания a current through an excitation winding. The above frequency of rotation of a rotor, the longer a regulator remains locked and, that accordingly pressure on a generator exit more strongly decreases. Process of lock-out and regulator unlocking occurs to high frequency, therefore target fluctuations remain practically imperceptible and it is possible to consider pressure of the generator to the constants supported at level 13.6 ÷ 14.6 Century

The system of gymnastics does not demand periodic service, however check of a condition and replacement приводного a belt of the generator, the storage battery and its electroconducting it is necessary to make on a regular basis according to the schedule THAT (see the Head of Adjustment and car routine maintenance).

At ignition inclusion on a combination of devices should light up quickly К/Л a charge (Controls and operation receptions see the Head). If the lamp is not disconnected after short time after realisation of start of the engine or lights up in the course of functioning of the last, check up a condition of components of system of a charge. Refusal of activation of a lamp at ignition inclusion testifies to its exit out of operation, damage of corresponding electroconducting, or infringement of serviceability of functioning of the generator (including breakage приводного a belt).

Security measures at generator service

  • Do not disconnect the battery or a pressure regulator at the working engine;
  • Do not close on weight the plug of excitation of the generator or the cable fixed on it;
  • Do not confuse an order of connection of electroconducting of a regulator of pressure;
  • Remember that inclusion of the regulator of pressure closed on weight leads to its instant exit out of operation;
  • Never remove the generator at the connected battery;
  • Do not confuse polarity of connection of the storage battery;
  • Never use at checks of an onboard electric equipment measuring instruments of pressure or the lamps-samplers connected to a household network (110/220);
  • At check of a condition of diodes do not submit on them pressure more than 12 In and do not apply мегомметры also having high target pressure, - breakdown of diodes will result in short circuit. Remember that at check of isolation of electroconducting with the help мегомметра it is necessary to disconnect all electroconducting from the generator;
  • At gymnastics of the storage battery without its removal from the car track, that both wires have been disconnected from it. Do not confuse polarity of connection зарядного the device;
  • Before carrying out on the car of any электросварочных works do not forget to disconnect electroconducting from the generator and the storage battery;
  • Any checks of chains and knots of onboard electroconducting make at the idle engine and the disconnected storage battery;
  • Remember that infringement of polarity of any connections is interfaced to risk of irreversible failure of the rectifier and a regulator of pressure of the generator.
