Road checks

Road checks should be spent at temperature ATF 50 ÷ 80 hailstones.

Mode check «D»

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Translate selector AT lever in position «D» and completely squeeze out a gas pedal.
  2. Compare speeds of a gear change with 1 on O/D to requirements of Specifications of the Head Automatic transmission and interaxal differential.

Conditions of an interdiction of switching on transfer O/D: temperature ОЖ no more than 60 hailstones., the difference of speed of the car with the established speed темпостата makes 10 km/h; conditions of an interdiction of blocking of transfer O/D: the coupling pedal, temperature ОЖ no more than 60 hailstones is squeezed out.

  1. Make sure of absence of unusual noise and vibrations at movement in the blocked mode «D» or on transfer O/D.
  2. Make sure of absence of pushes and проскальзываний at function use kickdown.
  3. Moving to a mode «D» on transfer O/D with invariable speed (at blocking) 60 km/h, slightly press a pedal of gas and check up, that engine turns do not vary sharply. Appreciable jump of turns of the engine specifies in malfunction of blocking.

Check of a mode «2»

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Translate selector AT lever in position «2» and completely squeeze out a gas pedal.
  2. Compare speed of switching with 1 on 2 transfer to requirements of Specifications of the Head Automatic transmission and interaxal differential.

In a mode «2» switching on transfer O/D is not provided.

  1. Check up braking by the engine, having released a gas pedal at movement in a mode «2» on 2nd transfer.
  2. Make sure of absence of unusual noise at acceleration and delay, and also in absence of pushes at a gear change.

Mode check «L»

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Translate selector AT lever in position «L» and completely squeeze out a gas pedal.
  2. Make sure, that АТ it is not switched to 2nd transfer.
  3. Check up braking by the engine, having released a gas pedal at movement in a mode «L».
  4. Make sure of absence of unusual noise at acceleration and delay.

Check of modes «R» and «P»

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Translate selector AT lever in position «L» and completely squeeze out a gas pedal. Make sure available proslippings.

Before the given check check up, that about the car there were no people and obstacles.

  1. Stop the car on a bias more than 5 hailstones. And after switching in a mode «P» release a lay brake. Make sure of a car immovability.

Check and adjustment of draught of switching of modes АТ

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Перемежении the lever of the selector of modes АТ from position «N» in other positions switching should be carried out smoothly, and the indicator of the chosen mode should coincide with corresponding position of the lever. If it does not occur, adjust a drive of a choice of modes АТ as it is described more low.
  1. Give a nut of fastening of draught of switching of modes АТ and cautiously extend draught back.
  1. Establish labels on the lever of draught of switching of modes АТ in position «N».
  1. Establish the lever of the selector of modes АТ in position «N» and keeping its slightly inclined to position «R», tighten a nut with effort of 13 Nanometers.
  2. Start the engine and make sure that the car moves forward at a mode choice «D» and back – at a mode choice «R».

Position adjustment «P» / »N»

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Ослабьте bolts of fastening of the gauge of position «P» / »N» also translate the selector lever in position «N».
  1. Level a groove with a neutral line.

  1. Keeping Д/В in this position, tighten bolts of its fastening with effort of 5.4 Nanometers.

Check of blocking of switching

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Measure pressure between contacts of the module of blocking of switching and compare the received values to the table.

Do not separate an electroconducting socket.


  1. Separate a socket э/м the valve of blocking of the ignition key and measure resistance between its contacts. If the measured value does not lay in the range of 12.5 ÷ 16.5 Ohm, replace э/м the valve.
  1. Put to contacts э/м the valve of blocking of the ignition key pressure of the battery and make sure available noise from the valve. Otherwise replace э/м the valve.

Other checks

So-called "Stall-test", check of time of a delay of switching and pressure check concern other checks АТ in hydraulic lines АТ. Data for carrying out of checks are resulted in Specifications of the Head Automatic transmission and interaxal differential.
