Components of a back power shaft
|
|
- Remove a corresponding back wheel.
- Turn out two bolts and remove back section of an exhaust pipe together with a lining.
- Turn out a bolt and remove the gauge of speed ABS.
- Take a pin, remove fixing cap and turn out ступичную a nut.
- Put labels on the case триподного the hinge and on a flange of back differential.
- Turn out 4 nuts, remove washers and disconnect a power shaft from differential.
- Remove a power shaft from the holder.
- Installation is made upside-down. Tighten fixture with demanded efforts, after installation check up serviceability of functioning of gauges ABS, and also check up and if necessary adjust corners of installation of back wheels.

Dismantling
|
|
- Check up power shafts:
- External hinges should not have excessively big люфта;
- Make sure of smoothness of movement of the internal hinge in a support direction;
- Make sure of absence excessively big люфта internal hinges in a radial direction;
- Check up protective covers on presence of damages.
- By means of a screw-driver remove collars of protective covers of hinges.

- Put labels on the case триподного the hinge and on a power shaft and remove the case of the hinge from a power shaft.
|
|
|
Do not use for drawing of labels a chisel. |
|
|
- Remove a lock ring and put labels on триподный the hinge and on a power shaft.
|
|
|
Do not use for drawing of labels a chisel. |
- Bring down a hammer and a pig from soft metal триподный the hinge from a power shaft.
- Remove protective covers with collars.
- The external hinge is not subject to dismantling.
- Fix a power shaft in a vice with soft sponges and by means of a screw-driver and a hammer bring down from a shaft пыльник №2, trying not to damage a rotor of the gauge of speed ABS.

Assemblage
|
|
|
|
- Напрессуйте new пыльник №2 on a shaft.
|
- Temporarily establish new covers of hinges with collars.
|
|
Before installation of protective covers wind шлицы a power shaft with a vinyl tape to prevent their damage. |
- Place on a power shaft триподный the hinge конусной a part to the external hinge and level adjusting labels of the hinge.
- Напрессуйте the hinge on a power shaft by means of a hammer and a pig from soft metal. Establish a lock ring.
- Fill in a cover of the internal hinge 180 ÷ 190 г yellow greasing, level adjusting labels of the case of the hinge and fix the case to differential.
- Fill in a cover of the external hinge 107 ÷ 117 г grey greasing.

- Make sure, that covers come into grooves on приводном to a shaft and are not deformed at standard length of a shaft.
|
- Fix protective covers collars, having tightened their screw-driver.
