- Put adjusting labels on a forward flange and on the hinge.
|
- Give 4 nuts and remove bolts and washers.
- Remove assemblage of forward section карданного a shaft, trying not to damage an epiploon.
- Закупорьте an aperture in АТ to prevent oil leaks.
- Squeeze out a pedal of a brake and keep it in this position.
- Turn out 6 connecting bolts on a half-turn.

Fill in the hinge rags that it did not concern a cover. |
- Put adjusting labels on a back flange and on the hinge.
- Give 4 nuts and remove bolts and washers.
- Turn out bolts of fastening of support and remove assemblage of the central and back sections карданного a shaft.
- Put labels on connection of the central and back sections карданного a shaft.

Do not put a label a chisel. |
- Completely turn out 6 connecting bolts, remove two washers and divide the central and back sections карданного a shaft.
|
|
Installation
|
|
- Join the central and back sections карданного a shaft, having levelled the adjusting labels put on them at separation.
- Establish two washers and tighten by hand 6 connecting bolts.
- Temporarily establish the central basic bearing.
- Level the labels put at removal on the back hinge and on back differential.
- Tighten 4 bolts with effort of 74 Nanometers.
- Take out from АТ заглушку and establish a holder.
- Level the labels put at removal on the forward hinge and on intermediate section карданного of a shaft.
- Tighten 4 bolts with effort of 74 Nanometers.
- Squeeze out a pedal of a brake and having asked the assistant to keep it, tighten connecting bolts with effort of 27 Nanometers.

- Make sure, that all hinges карданного a shaft are focused.
|
|
|
- At the unloaded car adjust distance between the back party of a cover and shaft.
|
|
|
- At the unloaded car adjust distances between end faces of basic bearings and end faces of support.
|
- Tighten bolts of fastening of support with effort of 37 Nanometers.
- Make sure, that axes of support are perpendicular axes карданного a shaft.
